What is 3D Contacts? 3D Contacts is a visual and strategic representation of your donor database, offering a five-step spectrum that shows where someone is in their engagement with your organization. The idea is simple: the further along someone is in the process, the closer they are to being a fully engaged, regular donor. The Five Steps of 3D Contacts
  1. Contact: At the very start, we have the Contact stage. These are individuals who have shown interest in your organization, perhaps by subscribing to your newsletter or attending an event. They're on your radar, but no financial contribution has been made yet.
  2. Prospect: Next, Prospects are those who have expressed a deeper level of interest. They might have engaged in conversations about your cause, inquired about ways to get involved, or downloaded materials from your website. They're considering a contribution but haven't committed just yet.
