Importing Information

When you first get started with Karani, the easiest way to get all of your data into Karani is to import .CSV files.

Don't worry if that term is unfamiliar; a .CSV file can be saved from, or opened by, Excel or Numbers or any other spreadsheet program. Anything you have open in Excel can be saved as a .CSV.

You can download Excel or .CSV files from your existing data set and, if needed, convert them to .CSV using Excel or numbers. Then, following the guides here, you can import them directly into Karani.
